Troop 11 attends a week of residential overnight camp at Camp Squanto which is located in the Miles Standish State Forest in Plymouth Mass.
Summer camp 2010 Update!
A Special congratulations to all Scouts that attended Summer Camp! In all, 20 Merit Badges were awarded, 8 partial Merit Badges, several Certificates and all Scouts passed their swim tests. Also a very special thanks to all of the adults that volunteered their time during the week, without you this would not have been possible!

Only at a great camp like Squanto can a boy:
- Learn the right way to shoot a rifle, a shotgun and a bow and arrow (under proper supervision of a certified instructor)
- Work on arts and crafts including woodworking, leather work, carving, & metalworking
- Climb a rock wall that’s ’40 high (under proper supervision of a certified instructor)
- Swim, sail and learn how to canoe and use a kayak
- Learn how to survive in the outdoors

Camp Squanto is a fully accredited camp with the Boy Scouts of America and is fully licensed in the Commonwealth of Mass and the town of Plymouth. Camp Squanto has a professionally trained and certified staff of youth and adult counselors who guide boys as they participate in a number of fun and interesting and challenging activities which they work on to complete their advancement in rank (in Scouting) and in knowledge.
